Finally Friday! This weekend I plan to do some more home repairs- paint some walls and fix door handles. When Michael is home he wants total peace and quiet on weekends. He is not against home repairs but he’d rather not have them happening on a weekend, but when else is there?
So I am taking full advantage of our time apart. I also plan on cleaning out my closet and selling some of the nicer items. my daughter showed me how to use eBay before she left, but it takes me ages to list each item. I never realized how complicated it is to take pictures, measurements, and write descriptions. I may just give it all to Goodwill, we’ll see.
I also like to use the weekends to play around on Pinterest. I made a board of all my personal favorites from my Etsy store. See my board here
And speaking of Etsy we just opened a second Etsy store!! It is still a bit under construction so keep checking back as we add new items.
In case you didn’t know, not only do I make jewelry, I also create ceramic art. But why not combine the two? The ceramic store will sell only my ceramic art jewelry. All the pieces are made of clay and are completely unique, one of a kind pieces, personally created by yours truly. I like these pieces because they are so different from most of my jewelry. They are more like wearable art pieces. They are really statement making pieces. I am still playing around with different chains and accents, but the main attraction is the pendant. What are your thoughts? I know it’s different than my usual stuff but do you like it? would you wear a ceramic pendant?
