Hi Everyone!
After my Sunday morning walk with Laila and Dov, my good friend visiting from Israel, I went to Chelsea Market. Right by the entrance of the market is Giovanni Rana Pastificio & Cucina. It is a restaurant and a pasta store. I love stopping there and buy some freshly made pasta or ravioli to cook at home.

Right across from it is the store Anthropologie, one of the very few stores in the Chelsea Market which are not food or food-related. This store always have great window displays.
Whenever I go to the Chelsea Market, I try and stop by at the Fat Witch Bakery to bring a brownie back to my husband. This place specializes in different kinds of brownies. But their best one is the walnut brownie:)
After the Chelsea market I headed over to the MoMA to see the Yoko Ono show. The show was very interesting and I liked the fact that she herself provided the commentary about her work in the audio guide. Usually the curator or an art historian provides the commentary but I thought it was a lot more interesting to hear her talk about her own art.
She said that she and John Lennon met at a London gallery where she was having a show when he took a bite out of an apple on display.
Another work on display there was ‘Sky’, where you go up a spiral staircase and look at the sky.
I took some more pictures of other pieces displayed in her show.
