Hi everyone!
I think Central Park is beautiful in the winter. The snow-covered lawn and the amount of trees you can see create a nice escape from the busy city life of Manhattan. I love to take my dog, Laila, to the park every weekend, unless it is brutally cold. Central Park is my connection to nature and the changing of the seasons.
Laila is very playful and friendly. We always meet lots of dogs on our walks since dogs are allowed to be off of their leashes until 9AM. She gets to run and exercise with the other dogs.
I also passed by Bryant Park (behind the beautiful New York Public Library on 42nd st.) and I saw the water fountain which is currently working. The water that is coming out of it is freezing and creating this beautiful ice sculpture!
Also, I am working on a new Eye Mosaic. I will post photos on my blog showing my progress in the upcoming weeks.
Also, the cover of TimeOut Magazine this week was funny.
