Hi Everyone,

I am back. And as always Israel was amazing! On our last week of the trip, we visited my home town of Haifa. It is a beautiful port town built on Mount Carmel, overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

We also visited the Baha’i World Center. This religion believes in creating beauty and harmony in the world and their temple and gardens are incredibly beautiful.

From Haifa we drove to the Muhraka which is a mountain where Elijah confronted the prophet of Baal. Now they have a monastery on this mountain but our main purpose of visit was the breathtaking views from the top of the mountain.

  Whenever I go to Israel, I always like to visit the artist’s village of Ein Hod. It is community where artists live and work. You can walk into artists’ studios and visit galleries where local arts and crafts are displayed.

Israel has a lot of stray cats. They have a good life as the weather is mild, people love to feed them and they also find food in trash.

  I was sad to leave Israel but happy to be home with my husband and glad to be back in my studio working and making more things.
